Turning More Local Attention Into Qualified Clients for Chill N Glo
Between what was discussed and what we analyzed from your website and pages, you’ve already tried social media, referrals, and local events. The goal isn’t simply adding another marketing channel. It’s building a system that attracts the right people, starts the right conversations, turns that interest into appointments, and keeps those clients coming back.
Prepared specifically around Chill N Glo’s current website, services, booking process, and customer journey.
Before changing anything, this is what I noticed.
The problem isn't necessarily a lack of attention. It's the kind of attention being generated.
“I have an ad in premiere now but so far most have just wanted the discount.
If an offer primarily attracts people because of the discount, increasing spend can increase volume without necessarily increasing valuable clients.
More reach on the same offer just produces more of the same conversation.
There are several places a potential client can enter, but no single obvious conversion path.
The site already presents Instagram, Facebook, phone/text, a contact form, booking links, and a persistent “Let's Chat!” entry point.
That creates opportunity — but it also means inquiries can arrive in several different places and behave differently depending on where they came from. That's where a communication layer becomes valuable.
Availability isn't as simple as what the booking calendar shows.
Chill N Glo's site is appointment-only, and it specifically tells visitors to message if they can't find a suitable day or time — because Chill N Glo may still be able to accommodate them.
That means “no available appointment” doesn't necessarily mean “no availability.” It can actually be the beginning of a conversation.
If that conversation doesn't happen, potential revenue can disappear without Chelsea ever knowing it existed.
“Our hours vary as we are by appointment only. If you don't see a day or time in the booking section that works for you, please message us and we will see if we can get you scheduled!”
The customer journey changes depending on the service.
Facials/body treatments and massage use separate booking applications. And the Premiere Dermaplane Facial specifically requires a prior Signature Glo Facial with dermaplane and a Custom Peel before someone should book it.
Someone coming from an ad may not actually be ready for the exact service advertised. The better conversion path is to understand what they want first, determine the appropriate starting service, and then move them toward the right booking.
If the ad Chelsea is running is promoting that Premiere service, this is the single most important detail in this entire plan.
“Premiere Dermaplane Facial requires a previous Signature Glo Facial with dermaplane and Custom Peel before booking.”
The opportunity isn’t just getting Chill N Glo seen by more people.
It’s controlling what happens from the moment someone discovers Chill N Glo until they become a repeat client.

The Chill N Glo Growth System
Marketing brings the opportunity in. The communication and conversion layer makes sure that opportunity doesn't get wasted.
Demand
Bring the right people in.
Communication
Every inquiry gets a real response.
Conversion
Turn interest into booked appointments.
Client Lifecycle
Growth doesn’t restart from zero.
A — Demand
Bring the right people in.
Not “we’ll run Meta ads.” Instead: build campaigns around customer intent and outcomes rather than relying primarily on price reductions.
Rather than showing the same discount to everyone, the campaigns can speak to different reasons people actually choose Chill N Glo. This helps solve the exact issue Chelsea described.
Skin goals
Massage intent
Higher-value treatments
Generate Better Local Demand
Local Paid Acquisition
Meta / Instagram campaigns targeting people around the Ormond Beach service area — but instead of optimizing merely for clicks:
What matters is cost per qualified conversation, cost per booked appointment, and revenue generated — not just impressions and leads.
Offer Strategy
Discounts should be one lever, not the entire reason someone wants the service.
Retargeting
Organic Visibility
Positioned as a visibility strategy around the paid acquisition engine — not a full-time content production studio unless that’s actually what’s needed.
Every New Opportunity Gets Handled
Marketing doesn't stop after someone clicks the ad.
What this could look like with the Premiere campaign
Existing, appropriate client
→ Premiere discussion → available times → booking
New client
→ Guided to the correct starting service instead of an inappropriate booking
The ad generated the opportunity. The conversation determined its actual value.
Turn “I Can’t Find a Time” Into a Conversation
“If you don't see a day or time that works for you, message us — we can often accommodate requests even if the time you need isn't shown on the booking calendar.”
The booking calendar should not be the end of the customer journey.
The First Message Isn’t the Last Chance
Asked a question but stopped responding
Follow-upClicked booking but didn't finish
Booking reminderRequested unavailable time
Alternative-availability conversationAppointment completed
Rebooking promptClient hasn't returned
ReactivationInterested in a treatment series/package
Appropriate follow-upGrowth shouldn’t restart from zero every month.
Example automated campaigns
Not every one of these would launch on day one — they’re rolled out as the foundation is in place and the economics justify it.

No arbitrary dates promised here — real timing depends on what’s already in place once we scope implementation together.
The difference is what happens after the click.
Most marketing stops here
This system continues
Bringing more people to Chill N Glo only matters if the business has the infrastructure to convert that attention. Our role would be to work on both sides of that equation.
Chelsea, this is the direction we would take with Chill N Glo.
We put this together because after looking through the business, we don’t think the answer is simply another ad or another discount. There’s a much larger opportunity to connect how Chill N Glo gets discovered with how every inquiry is handled, qualified, booked, and followed up with.
The goal would be to build something that consistently brings in new local demand while making sure the opportunities you’re already paying to generate don’t disappear between the ad, the conversation, and the appointment.
